Tasting Caviar in Three Steps

Step 1

To begin tasting caviar fill your non metal spoon with about a half a teaspoon of caviar, take a look at the glistening caviar pearls and note their size and visual texture.

Step 2

Place the caviar on your tongue. Try not to lump it on the tongue. The more it is spread out on the tongue the better the experience.

Step 3

Press your tongue gently against the roof of your mouth to engage the popping of those caviar pearls. The caviar pearls are now releasing its unique flavors with a delicate texture onto your palate for your pleasure. This is the true caviar experience.
