Americana is White Sturgeon caviar that is a sustainable farm raised from the United States.  Americana has the taste of imported Russian caviar with the price of domestic caviar.  This sustainably farmed domestic caviar offers a good price to quality ratio.

Americana caviar is from the White Sturgeon. The caviar has medium sized pearls that are slightly firm and the pearls have  a golden brown to dark color. The flavor profile is buttery to nutty and not to salty. The taste is comparable to the much more expensive Caspian Osetra caviar.
